Indian doughnuts
This is traditional dessert in India.
This is very crispy from outside but very soft from inside.
This is very famous in in the southern region of India. It is known as Badush, Balushahi also known as Indian doughnuts. This sweet is usually made in diwali or in marriage functions.
Follow the same steps then your badusha will be good
Ingredients required:-
1. 2- cup maida
2. 6 tbsp - ghee
3. 2 tbsp - milk
4. a pinch of salt
5. 1/4 tbsp - baking powder
6.4 tbsp curd
ingredients required for making sugar syrup :-
1. 2 cup - sugar
2. 1 cup - water
3. 4 cardamom
4. some petals of saffron
