30 MINUTE EMOM | Full Body Barbell Workout with Dumbbell Alternatives

EMOM WORKOUT -This Short and efficient full body barbell workout will challenge you to move quickly as we work every minute on the minute to complete the set repetitions for each exercise.
EMOM stands for Every Minute On the Minute. You will perform a specific amount of reps of an exercise every minute and then rest out any remaining time in that minute.
.
We've got 4 EMOM's each made up of 3 moves that we'll repeat 2 x through. I'll give you a different level of reps to tackle for each exercise depending on your fitness and strength level.
I used a set of 15 kg barbell but you may want to use dumbbells or something lighter or heavier depending on your fitness and strength level.
This one is short and sweet so grab your weights and get after it!
