Ingredients to make premix:
Ghee – 1 Tbsp
Sevai (Vermicelli) – 100 Grams
Almond – 2 Tbsp
Cashew – 2 Tbsp
Desiccated Coconut – ¼ Cup
Sugar – 2 Tbsp
Cardamom Powder – ½ Tsp
Raisins – 2 Tbsp
Method to make premix :
In a pan, heat ghee and add sevai. Roast on low medium flame until fragrant.
Add almond, cashew desiccated coconut and sugar. Roast for 1-2 minutes.
Add cardamom powder and raisin and mix well.
Transfer to a bowl and cool completely. Once cooled store in airtight container for 15-20 days.
Method to Make Sevai
In a deep pan, boil 1 litre of milk.
Add ½ cup sevai and cook for 10-12 minutes until thick. Keep stirring at regular intervals.
Add 120 ml of condensed milk (or as per taste) and mix well.
Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
Garnish with nuts and serve.
