1 - 2014 - Major Small House at Vector Arena

Описание: King's College House Music is an annual event where the eleven house's of the school compete for the coveted House Music trophy. There are two events that contribute to the score of the competition, The first is Small House which consists of a small group of students that perform a song at the school. Then Big House where all the students in the house perform, this is held at Vector Arena in Auckland, New Zealand. Both events take place within three weeks and the winners are announced at the end of the competition.

The performer of this 1967 hit featured in last year's Big House show. So let's see what you can remember. This particular singer came from humble beginnings, for his dad was a barber, his mum a homemaker. But instead of cutting hair like his dad, he wanted to cut albums... Known for his powerful falsetto voice this song has been re-recorded by more than 200 artists, and sung by every karaoke singer imaginable. Featuring in dozens of iconic films like Coneheads, 10 Things I Hate about You, and the Brit comedy Gavin and Stacey... here to sing for you Franki Valli and the Four Seasons rendition of "Can't Take My Eyes off of You", please welcome joint-second place getters - Major House.
