🫖 Cozy Guided Body Scan with Tingly Layered Sounds ✨ for Relaxation and Sleep (Soft Spoken ASMR)

Описание: Hey there! It’s been a while since I’ve done a guided relaxation video. Some of you have said you really enjoy these, so here’s a new one for you!

Ok so maybe this one doesn’t make as much sense as I hoped. 😅 I based it off of a previous shorter guided visualization I did that was a hot tub theme. This time, it’s tea themed, and I imagined that we are the tea steeping in some hot water (not unlike a hot tub hehe). Not sure if that comes across fully in this script, but I hope it’s still relaxing. Things don’t always need to make sense, right? 🤷🏼‍♀️

Relax with this soft-spoken guided body scan, and various tea-related sounds layered throughout. The last bit is a slow fade to black with only tea sounds, to help you drift off into a restful sleep. 💤

I also decided to keep visuals down to a minimum so you could really close your eyes and focus on relaxing without getting too distracted by what’s on the screen. If you do choose to watch, you can enjoy a cozy little tea scene I set up by my fireplace!
