Try out this Nityananda Trayodashi Special Tok, which is a Nityananda Prabhu's favourite, traditional Bengali dish. This vegetable preparation is an amazing sabzi with a tangy amd spicy flavour of minimum spices and loads of vegetables.

Servings : 5 to 6

Ingredients :

Lemon sized tamarind ( 3 tbsp )
¼ cup vadi -

1 tbsp fennel seed
1 tbsp cumin seed
¼ tsp fenugreek seed
4 tbsp mustard oil
Panch phoron - ( ½ tsp cumin seed, ½ tsp fennel seed, ½ tsp mustard seed, ¼ tsp fenugreek seed and 1 tsp calonji or Nigella seed )

½ tsp turmeric powder
1 potato
1 sweet potato
1 lady finger
1 radish
3 brinjal
2 colocasia
Salt to taste
1 cup water
