4. Inch Worm to Push Up 3:11
5. Burpees 4:13
6. Alternating Push Kicks 5:12
7. In & Out Squats 6:13
8. Mountain Climbers 7:13
9. Alternating Toe Touches 8:12
10. Jump Squats 9:13
