Welcome to our 30 minute, follow along, Muay Thai class that covers using hands & knees! This is an open level class and beginner friendly.
The Muay Thai lifestyle is to train the body & mind by constantly breaking thresholds and boundaries. When starting out please take your time to learn the techniques properly and breaks when needed. Once a foundation of technique & fitness has been established the MC team recommends you begin pushing yourself!
Make sure to have a balanced lifestyle during this pandemic. Train consistently, eat whole foods and stay socially connected to your friends & family! Last thing is to IISH hard when you strike!!!!
