🛒 Ingredients You'll Need:
For Soya Chunks:

Soya Chunks: 1 Cup (Small/Medium size)

All-Purpose Flour (Maida): 2 tbsp

Cornflour: 2 tbsp

Ginger-Garlic Paste: 1 tsp

Salt & Pepper: To taste

Red Chili Powder: 1/2 tsp

Oil: For frying

For Manchurian Sauce:

Oil: 2 tbsp

Chopped Garlic: 1 tbsp

Chopped Ginger: 1 tsp

Chopped Green Chilies: 1-2

Chopped Onion: 1/2 cup (or Spring Onion Whites)

Chopped Capsicum (Bell Pepper): 1/4 cup (Optional)

Soy Sauce: 2 tbsp

Red Chili Sauce: 1 tbsp (or as per taste)

Tomato Ketchup: 2 tbsp

Vinegar: 1 tsp

Cornflour Slurry: 1 tbsp Cornflour + 1/4 cup Water (for gravy)

Water: 1/2 - 1 cup (for gravy)

Salt & Pepper: To taste

Spring Onion Greens & Coriander: For garnish

👩‍🍳 Quick Step-by-Step Summary:
Prepare Soya: Boil soya chunks, squeeze out water, then coat them with flour, cornflour, ginger-garlic paste, and spices.

Fry Soya: Deep fry or shallow fry the coated soya chunks until golden brown and crispy. Set aside.

Make Sauce: Heat oil, sauté garlic, ginger, green chilies, onion, and capsicum.

Add Sauces: Pour in soy sauce, chili sauce, ketchup, and vinegar. Cook for 1-2 minutes.

Gravy/Dry: For gravy, add cornflour slurry and water. Simmer until thickened. For dry, skip most of the water.

Combine: Add the fried soya chunks to the sauce and toss well to coat.

Garnish & Serve: Garnish with spring onion greens and serve hot with fried rice or noodles!
