For Soya Chunks:

Cornflour: 2 tbsp

Salt & Pepper: To taste
Red Chili Powder: 1/2 tsp
Oil: For frying
For Manchurian Sauce:
Oil: 2 tbsp
Chopped Garlic: 1 tbsp
Chopped Ginger: 1 tsp
Chopped Green Chilies: 1-2
Chopped Onion: 1/2 cup (or Spring Onion Whites)
Chopped Capsicum (Bell Pepper): 1/4 cup (Optional)
Soy Sauce: 2 tbsp
Red Chili Sauce: 1 tbsp (or as per taste)
Tomato Ketchup: 2 tbsp
Vinegar: 1 tsp
Cornflour Slurry: 1 tbsp Cornflour + 1/4 cup Water (for gravy)
Water: 1/2 - 1 cup (for gravy)
Salt & Pepper: To taste
Spring Onion Greens & Coriander: For garnish

Prepare Soya: Boil soya chunks, squeeze out water, then coat them with flour, cornflour, ginger-garlic paste, and spices.
