This has got to be one of my favourites whenever i have yum cha,
soft fluffy bun with a sweet and salty molten lava centre.
Easy to make yourself at home, give it a try!

Make double to the dough so you have enough for the filling, this will yield about 24 buns
Ingredients used in this video are below:
80g Icing sugar
90g Unsalted butter
70 Salted duck egg yolk
50g Milk
50g Custard powder
50g Milk powder
