Описание: This week I'm gonna serve you chinese style of mee goreng that I called Beef Chow Mein. 🤤🥢

It is a classic Chinese dish that features stir-fried noodles, beef, and a variety of vegetables, all tossed in a savory sauce. The term "Chow Mein" translates to "stir-fried noodles," with "Chow" meaning stir-fry and "Mein" meaning noodles. The dish is known for its delicious combination of textures and flavors, with tender beef, crispy vegetables, and flavorful, slightly chewy noodles. 🔥

Ingredient - Beef Marinate:
✏️350g - Knuckle Block beef (Marinate 10 - 15 mins)
✏️ 2 tbsp - Soy Sauce
✏️1 tsp - Sesame Oil
✏️1tbsp - Kombucha
✏️Black Pepper
✏️1 tbsp - Oyster Sauce
✏️ Touch of - Corn Starch

Vegetable:
✏️ ½ nos - Yellow Onion
✏️½ nos - Capsicum
✏️ Peas (Peel of the fiber)
✏️Spring Onions (white parts)
✏️4 cloves - Garlic (smashed & minced)
✏️1 - Egg (seasons with salt)
✏️2 Pkt - Japenese Ramen

Noodle’s Sauce:
✏️3 tbsp - Soy Sauce
✏️1 tbsp - Oyster Sauce
✏️3 tbsp - Kombucha
✏️ Black Pepper
✏️½ tsp - Sugar
