Cantonese Style Beef Ginger Kuey Teow

Ingredients for: Beef Kuey Teow
✏️ 150-180gms of Beef / Daging
✏️ ½tbsp of Soy Sauce / Sos Soya
✏️ ½tbsp of Oyster Sauce / Sos Tiram
✏️ 1 pinch of White Pepper / Serbuk Lada Putih
✏️ 1 pinch of Salt / Garam
✏️ ½tsp of Corn Flour / Tepung Jagung
✏️ 2pcs of Eggs / Telur
✏️ 1pkt of Flat Rice Noodle / Kuey Teow
✏️ 1tbsp of Light Soy Sauce / Sos Soya

Ingredients for: Gravy
✏️ 1tbsp of Oil / Minyak
✏️ 1nos of Ginger / Halia
✏️ 6pcs of Garlic / Bawang Putih
✏️ 1 cup of Liquid Stock or Water / Stok Cecair
✏️ 1tbsp of Fish Stock Powder / Stok Serbuk Ikan
✏️ 1tbsp of Soy Sauce / Sos Soya
✏️ 1tbsp of Oyster Sauce / Sos Tiram
✏️ 1 pinch of Salt / Garam
✏️ 1tsp of Corn Starch / Tepung Jagung
✏️ 1pc of Spring Onion / Daun Bawang
