I am back with a new 30 MIN POWER WORKOUT EMOM STYLE - Dumbbells and Bodyweight.
Challenge yourself with this strength and conditioning combo. Don't get fool by the 30 sec of rest in the first EMOM. It's getting super sweaty after a couple of minutes... 💦

Get ready to push your limits and enjoy the burn! Let's sweat together and conquer this powerful workout! 💪🏻

Remember: we all are different, so are our levels of fitness. Make every single workout YOUR OWN. It is really important to make sure to maintain a proper form while exercising. Feel free to modify some exercises (such as slowing down, no jumping etc.) or rest some more if you need to. 🙏🏼

We are repeating 5 different exercises for for rounds. 🔥

2. EMOM:
27:20 - 37:03
TRY TO ACCOMPLISH THE MENTIONED AMOUNT OF REPS WITHIN ONE MINUTE. THEN REST UNTIL THE MINUTE IS OVER.
5 different exercises, repeating twice.
