Today I’m sharing a detailed Aloo Keema recipe made with minced beef (keema) and potatoes, cooked in traditional Pakistani style. This dish is rich, flavorful, and perfect for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. It’s also an excellent choice for family gatherings, events, and special occasions.
🥘 Ingredients & Cooking Method:
• Take 1 large onion, finely chopped, and add it to hot oil
• Fry the onion for 4 minutes until soft and light golden
• Add keema (minced beef) and mix well so it blends perfectly with the onion paste
• Cook the keema for 10 minutes until the color changes
• Add ginger garlic paste and mix
• Now add potatoes (aloo) and cook briefly
• Add chopped tomatoes
• Add spices:
– Salt
– Red chili powder
– Green chilies
– Black pepper
– Coriander powder
• Mix well and cook for a few more minutes
• Add yogurt (curd) and cook for 4 minutes
• When oil separates, your delicious Aloo Keema is ready
• Finish with fresh coriander leaves
🍽️ Serve hot with roti, naan, bread, or rice
