Losing weight does not have to be a grueling process when using principles of calory density on a whole foods plant-based diet. Lucy, the 59-year-old mother of two, has been able to lose weight with ease on a WFPB plan. She transitioned from a heavy Southern diet to a clean whole foods plant-based, salt, oil, & sugar-free lifestyle to reduce her odds of requiring a heart transplant, lose weight, and get off numerous medications while reducing the overall risk of developing many chronic diseases that run in her family. Lucy has accomplished a number of these goals and so much more in just 6 short weeks on my Nutrition Optimization Program. It's never too late to improve your health and longevity.
