Losing weight can be a happy side-effect of healthy living. Lucy demonstrates that beautifully in her current weight loss journey when using principles of calory density on a whole foods plant-based diet. Lucy, the 59-year-old Texan, has been able to lose 20-pounds with ease on a WFPB plan. She transitioned from a heavy Southern diet to a clean whole foods plant-based, salt, oil, & sugar-free lifestyle to reduce her odds of requiring a heart transplant, lose weight, and get off numerous medications while reducing the overall risk of developing many chronic diseases that run in her family.
