Welcome to this 20-minute Heart Coherence guided breathwork session — designed to help you reduce stress, calm anxiety, and reconnect to your inner stillness.
You’ll breathe at a rhythm of 6 breaths per minute (5 seconds inhale, 5 seconds exhale), which aligns with the body’s natural resonance frequency. This rhythm activates the parasympathetic nervous system, increases heart rate variability (HRV), and promotes emotional regulation and mental clarity.
This session is part of a powerful daily practice known as the 365 Method:
-3 times a day
-6 breaths per minute
-For 5 minutes
