INGREDIENTS
12 to 13 pound turkey
2 tsp paprika
2 tsp lemon pepper
2 tsp onion powder
2 to 3 tsp granulated garlic
1 1/2 tbls kosher salt
1 to 2 tsp poultry seasoning
canola oil or butter
1 tbls all purpose flour
1 large oven bag
