This is a workout from the Fitness Challenge! Can you do a 7-10 min mini-workout every day for one month? PROVE IT!

:: The Challenge ::
Every day there will be a couple of exercises that must be completed and within 7 mins or with a certain repetition count! The rep count may be different - the number of times per day may be different. But in essence it's a daily challenge.
Rules:
1) you MUST post every single day on this page to say you've completed the exercises.
2) there are no alternatives offered (unless you have a serious medical condition, in which case send me your doctors note to exclude you...)
3) if you miss a day, or don't post, you're out!
4) if you suffer any pain when completing an exercise then stop immediately and work out what's going wrong. You should feel it working you, but not killing you. Know the difference!

In this workout:
in/out jump squats

Remember:
1) warm up before the work out and cool down/stretch after the workout
2) stop any exercises if you're feeling unwell, dizzy, or short of breath

Timing:
30/40/50/60 = 30 seconds of exercise 1; 40 seconds of exercise 2; 50 seconds of exercise 3; 60 seconds of exercise 4. No break until the end of the round
45/15 = 45 seconds of the exercise 15 seconds of a break
30/30/10 = 30 seconds of one exercise or leg, 30 seconds of a different exercise or leg, 10 seconds break
