DiSSCo software developer Maxime Griveau introduces the European Loans and Visits System (ELViS) for Natural History Collections, one of the primary services of the Distributed System of Scientific Collections (DiSSCo).
The workshop, hosted by the Muséum national d’histoire naturelle (Paris) developed in three sections:
1. General presentation of ELViS, its objectives, and a progress update on the product;
2. Presentation of the request process followed by an interactive Q&A session;
3. Presentation of the request processing circuit (for collection managers) followed by an interactive
Q&A session.
