China has been accused of spying on critical US infrastructure by western intelligence officials and Microsoft.
Microsoft claims a Chinese state-sponsored hacking group, codenamed ‘Volt Typhoon’, was potentially looking at ways to disrupt critical communications between the US and Asia.
Beijing has dismissed the claims, accusing the US of "disinformation".
