Ex-Walmart Employee Caught Again Trying to Cash Fake Check

Officers responded to a bank in Illinois for a report of a possible fraudulent check. The officers learned later that the woman was trying to attempt to cash in check of over $5,000. The bank discovered discrepancies with the check, including conflicting names of the company from where the check allegedly originated. Bank officials contacted the company listed on the check to verify the woman’s employment. The company denied her association and confirmed that the check was fraudulent. The woman was later identified as Dajah Hollie. She was previously arrested in November of 2023 for stealing from the register multiple times at Walmart.
