Einkorn French Bread (people will ask if you bought this at a bakery!)

Einkorn French Bread Recipe:
2 c warm water
1 T honey
5 c freshly ground Einkorn flour
1 T instant yeast
1 T oil
2 tsp salt
Combine water, honey, oil and yeast. Let sit till bubbly. Add salt and flour and knead for 8 mins in your mixer. Let rise in the covered mixing bowl till double in size. Divide dough into 2 equal parts and form into loaves. Cut small slits across the baguette and spritz with water. Let rise until double. Preheat oven to 425F. Bake @425 10 minutes. Reduce temperature to 375F and bake another 20 minutes or until golden brown. Cool and brush with olive oil and sprinkle with salt. Then eat!
This einkorn flour french bread is amazing and so easy to make. Makes great sandwiches and my kids love to dip it into an oil mixture like what you see in fine Italian restaurants: olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, oregano and a drizzle of balsamic vinegar. Bon Appetit! You'll want to make this one again and again.
