Operational Analytics for Production Machinery Efficiency
Cloud based and hosted operational analytic solutions are driving both production and energy efficiency improvements on production lines. Faults, malfunctions, or problems in complex and sophisticated machinery are very critical and cause production losses due to downtime of a production line or individual machinery. Operational Analytic solutions provide the ability to prevent problems and improve efficiencies while also enabling post-mortem analysis of failures, identification of the root causes of problems or events, and identify what behaviors, actions, in-actions, or conditions need to be changed to prevent recurrence of negative outcomes. This session will discuss deployments of solutions in the consumer packaged goods and automotive production lines that have measurable improvements on production efficiency.
