Hello, I’m AGA. I am 66 years old, living in the Philippines with my cats.

前回の動画では、「僕は猫に支配されている」そんな話をしました。
In my last video, I talked about how my cats rule my life.

そして今回、気づいてしまったのです。
猫は——老後を生きる天才かもしれない、と。
But recently, I realized something. Cats may be masters of growing old.

猫は無理をしません。比べません。急ぎません。
ただ今日を生きています。
They don’t rush. They don’t compare. They don’t force themselves.
They simply live today.

もしかすると老後に必要なのは、頑張ることではなく、無駄な力を手放すことなのかもしれません。
Perhaps what we need in later life is not more effort — but the courage to let go.

この動画は、猫の話のようでいて、人間がどう老いていくのかを見つめた記録です。
