最近、日本では「シニアの一人暮らしが増えている」
そんな言葉をよく耳にするようになりました。
In Japan, we often hear the phrase: “More seniors are living alone.”

この動画では、なぜ「一人暮らし」が当たり前になっていったのかを、
海外から少し距離を置いた視点で考えています。
In this video, I take a step back and reflect on why living alone has quietly become normal.

一人で暮らすことは、孤独なのでしょうか。
それとも、ひとつの選択なのでしょうか。
Is living alone the same as being lonely?
Or is it simply one of many valid choices?

答えを出す動画ではありません。
静かに、現実を見つめる時間です。
This is not a video that gives answers.
It’s a quiet look at reality.
