This rhythm, pronounced "Jurjuna" in Turkish, is a common rhythm found throughout Turkey, Iraq, Syria, and Iran. It is used in classical and folk music and ranges in tempo from extremely slow to very fast. At slow tempos it is felt as 10/8, and fast tempos 10/16. Divided as 3+2+2+3.
