Desperate Father Tries To Hold Mom In Contempt After She TOOK Son & FLED State Against Court ORDERS!

Описание: Today, we have 20 hearings, including PART of a divorce trial, in the case of a couple who split up due to a
DV incident that lead to Dad spending some time in jail. At the beginning of this case he is on supervised
visitation, after he was released.


We start this case with DAY #1 of their divorce trial where Mom gives all the background info on why they are
getting divorced and how she would like their assets to be split.


After Day #1, we will have hearing after hearing where Mom and Dad attempt to hold each other in contempt.


First, Mom wants Dad held in contempt for not paying child support & allegedly violating a restraining order. It
doesn’t go the way she wants.


Then Dad tries to hold Mom in contempt for withholding visitation with their son, and after he’s successful and
she’s ordered to resume visits, she continues to withhold the child and when Dad tries to hold her in contempt
again, he discovers he can’t serve her because she’s fled the state with their son.


What will the judge tell him to do about this?
