Описание: Today, we have PART TWO of an 8 PART minor guardianship case consisting of 16 hearings, including
2 trials, the second of which is 4 days long. At the start of this case, the paternal Grandparents already
have physical custody of the child because Dad left his daughter with them after they kicked him out
of their house for not taking care of her or following their rules.


But, this was not a court ordered guardianship, so when Dad showed up at their house after 6 months
of no contact and wanted the child back, his parents panicked and filed for a full legal guardianship.
Dad is fighting this guardianship tooth and nail claiming he’s finally “ready” to be a good parent.

The guardians claim that they have never keep their son from seeing his daughter, and they want him
to take care of her, but they also want to make sure that he has the skills and resources necessary to
do that first. They claim that Dad has always been a lazy and neglectful parent who has pushed off
the care of his child onto the women in his life, and they are extremely worried about just handing the
child back over to him because Dad, who is 23, currently lives with his 52-year-old GF and her
s*x offender son who isn’t supposed to be around children.


Are Dad’s claims that he has a plan to keep the child safe and healthy going to convince a judge?
