🥦 Ingredients for Crispy Gobi 65
🔹 Gobi Fry ke liye:
1 medium gobi (cauliflower) – chhote florets
1/2 cup besan/ maida
1/2 cup cornflour
1/2 tsp adrak-lehsun paste
1 tspn green chilli paste
1 tablespoon lal mirch powder
1/4 tsp garam masala
1/2 tsp zeera powder
1/2 tsp black pepper powder
chopped curry leaves
salt as per taste
curd 3 tablespoon
water (batter banane ke liye)
oil (deep fry ke liye)
🔹 Special Tadka ke liye:
1 tbsp tel
4–5 lehsun ki kali (barik kati hui)
2 hari mirch (slit ki hui)
8–10 curry leaves
