2 tsp chilie powder(mix of red chilie powder,corriander,pepper powder,fennel powder)

tamarind water 1 small lemon size
turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
oil to fry
jaggery 1 cube

fenugreek seeds 1 tsp

curry leaves
coconut milk 1/4 cup(thick milk)
pumpkin curry ingredients:
fenugreek seeds 1 tsp
mustard seeds 1 tsp
fennel seeds 1 tsp
oil 2 tsp
pumpkin 1 piece
ginger small piece
salt
coconut milk 1/4 cup
water 1/2 cup
curry leaves
onion 1
green chilie 3-4
tamarind water 1/2 cup
dhal recipe ingredients:
2 cups dhal
salt
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
garlic 3
pepper 1 tsp
cummin seeds 1 tsp
milk 1/4 cup(coconut milk,or drinking milk)
water (to cook dhal)
plantain fry recipe ingredients:
2 plantain
2 tsp chili powder
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp corriander powder

carrot recipe ingredients:
2 tsp oil
1 tsp mustard seeds
1 tsp cummin seeds
