Today we find a baseline for our running and run 5k at an athletics track. Why are we running it on an athletics track? Athletics tracks are a great place to train for speed - they’re flat and hard and easy to measure distance on. Remember, if you’re doing any training on a track, let faster runners use the inner lanes, run anti-clockwise, and be aware of other track users.
In this video we also set some goals for our upcoming week.
