Описание: NO SQUATS/NO LUNGES! 30 Min Full Body Kettlebell & Dumbbell Workout, Knee Friendly session with a warm up included at the start. No repeats workout. You can use both/either dumbbells or kettlebells in this workout. This workout is suitable for ALL, it will challenge balance, stability and strength! 💪🏼

🏋🏼 The weight displayed is for demonstration purposes as a reference, but you should pick the weight that is challenging for you. Use the weight as a guide when you might need to change the weights depending on the exercise.

Warm Up - 4 Mins, 30 seconds on each exercise
Main - 18 exercises, 60 seconds on, 30 seconds off
