Hello Guys, Welcome to your fun 30 Min full body kettlebell workout. Today we are going to build strength, endurance, and coordination using long complex flows. Combining kettlebell movements together for longer 90 sec sets, this intermediate level session will challenge your muscles while improving overall movement efficiency. The seamless transitions between exercises keep the intensity high and the workout engaging, making it a great way to develop functional strength. 💪🏼

Warm up - 3 Mins, 30 seconds on each exercise
Main Section - 24 Mins, 12 Flows, 90 Secs on / 30 Secs off
Cool down - 3 Mins, 30 seconds on each exercise
