India Is Moving Beyond the Middle Power
Canada’s PM Mark Carney highlighted that India’s ambition and trajectory go far beyond the 'Middle power' label. The energy, enthusiasm, and scale of progress across the country reflect a strong and positive momentum. India-Canada partnerships are set to expand in defence, AI, quantum technologies, and more. Both countries aim to finalise a SEPA by the end of this year, ideally around the upcoming G20 Summit.
