Recipe:
For this recipe i cooked my meat and onions together with a teaspoon of oil.
1 pound organic ground beef (using grass fed organic beef is going to give such wonderful flavor) i use an 80% lean 20% fat
1 medium/large yellow onions (the more the better!)
1 teaspoon vegeta
And salt and pepper to taste (go easy on the salt at first, you can always add more later)
