The BEST AT Shelter + The Half Gallon Challenge - AT Thru Hike Part 10

Описание: We’ve officially made it to the halfway point of the Appalachian Trail! This stretch through Pennsylvania was a wild one—from the softest moments with baby chicks to the start of the rocky terrain PA is famous for.

In this video, we explore three different sleep setups to see who’s winning the ultralight vs. comfort debate. We also visit what might be the best shelter on the entire trail: Quarry Gap Shelter. Between the gnomes, the flowers, and the babbling brook, it felt more like a resort than a shelter.

But it wasn't all swings and sunshine. After a rainy push to mile 1,100 and the official midpoint, it was time for the legendary Half Gallon Challenge at Pine Grove Furnace. Shivering, sugar-crashing, and determined, I fought for that tiny wooden spoon. Will I make it to Boiling Springs, PA? You'll have to watch to find out! (but also yes, yes I will)
