Описание: Springtime means the sun is shining and it’s time for outdoor Yoga (at least in some places)! Maybe a little early for our cold weather Yogi friends, but nothing beats Hatha Yoga in the fresh air and sunshine. This 12- step flow includes Chair Pose, Crescent Lunge, Revolved Side Angle, Warrior Dog, Yogi Squat, Half Moon, Star Pose, Wide-legged Forward Fold, Goddess Pose, Side Angle, Triangle Pose, and Standing L. We add hamstrings work and a balancing pose before finishing with some hip stretches and a spinal twist. This is a great routine to shake off the winter blues and get ready for outdoor Yoga season!
