So, Cygnus Wing's Legend Mode changes have all his attacks cause confusion on you. His feathers will also place down a gravity panel if they hit a panel instead of you, which will lock you in place for a few seconds when you step on them. So if you don't want to deal with that, you will have to block t he feathers and not dodge them.
