2024 taught me a lot about letting go of unrealistic expectations and embracing the beauty in my imperfect, unaesthetic life. in this week's vlog, i'm sharing what i learned over the past year, my typical (and very unaesthetic) weekly routine, and how i've started breaking free from toxic productivity and work addiction. 💭

despite the editing or visual effects, my life is NOT "aesthetic" or perfect by any means. i too struggle with work-life balance, catching up with to-do's, and feeling burnt out from trying to stay productive all the time. the weight of expectations from every area of my life is paralyzing at times - sometimes making me want to lay down and rot for the rest of the day. 🫠

but i want to show you that life, especially in your 20s, is SUPPOSED to look like this. raw, unfiltered, messy, and beautiful. the lives you see on social media from influencers and celebrities is CURATED and crafted to appear that way. so don't feel bad about not having the "perfect" life yet. nobody has it, but that's what makes life so special :) ❤️
