There are a lot of kinds of ramen in Japan. "TSUKEMEN" and "TONKOTSU" ramen are my favorite.
In this video, I tried to make "Shrimp-flavored TSUKEMEN". It was very time consuming, but I enjoyed first challenge. I hope you try it out!
If you come to Japan, you should try to go "Menyafujishiro" and eat "TSUKEMEN".It's my best.
