THE GOLDEN AGE - the spirit of the late 70's, 80's & early 90's are featured in this motivational video for sports - especially martial arts, bodybuilding & fitness.
What inspired us as kids to do the things we are doing today? For me it's a clear case: Arnold Schwarzenegger, Sylvester Stallone, Jean Claude Van Damme, Jackie Chan, Bruce Lee. Even though there were some others, these were probably the main reasons I started martial arts & working out in the first place at an early age, because I felt inspired watching the movies on VHS. I still remember how hard it was to get some of these movies on VHS and nowadays you're only some clicks away from it.
Anyway, the spirit of the 80's was so inspiring and motivated to go out and do your thing. I guess that's what this video is about in the end. Hope you enjoy!
