Jean Claude Van Damme has been one of my childhood heroes, that is for sure! He dominated the 90's and really brought together the world of martial arts with the world of working out. One of the role models regarding stretching and legendary for his splits. But Van Damme is definitely more than your ordinary action-superstar. He showed that he can play quite more than that. Always one of the key-roles that brought me into martial arts and working out myself. And I'll always be thankful for that.
