Homeowner Forms 32' X 28' Concrete Slab For Us. Watch What Happens!

The homeowner formed his own 32' x 28' x 6" slab on this job. It's actually his property and he's building a new garage. He used 2x12'x so the edges were thicker. He also did the groundwork. Sometimes I'm a little skeptical when the homeowner says he formed his slab. Usually, the forms aren't straight or set to grade. We have to fix the forms and would have been better off just forming it ourselves.
In this case, the forms were pretty good. The owner had them pretty close to level and straight. We checked them with a laser level and ran strings to ensure the forms were straight, but they were close in both cases.
