1 YEAR TIMELAPSE Building Our Own Home

Описание: We are a couple building a debt-free, high-performance home. This video is 365 days of work in 20 minutes, all while holding 9-5 engineering jobs.

To keep it debt-free, we have to do it in two stages: a garage apartment, then a main house addition. We have designed everything ourselves with building science in mind, focusing on water management, airtightness, insulation, and indoor air quality. We are doing the majority of work on this project ourselves to save money that goes towards high quality materials.
