Steamed Lentil Cake | Dhokla | from book 'Thali' by Maunika Gowardhan

Описание: Another recipe that we decided to test out that's actually a steamed lentil cake with no flour or any other binding agent. It's called 'Dhokla' in hindi and it's something we've been wanting to try for a while. Surprised to learn what helps the lentil batter to rise. It turned out to be tall and fluffy as well as very tasty. Great little savory snack to have around :)
