At 58, it’s not just strength. It’s about feeling every contraction, making every set count, and squeezing out every last bit of energy. I warm up carefully, hit my heavy sets, then finish with higher reps to really burn out the chest. No shortcuts, no excuses, just focused effort.
It’s not about perfection. It’s about showing up, adapting to what your body needs, and leaving it all on the bench.
