Leg training doesn’t get easier with age… but it doesn’t get less important either.
At 58, it’s about more than just pushing weight. It’s about prepping the body, working around past injuries, and still showing up with intensity. Tight hamstrings, a blown calf from years ago, scar tissue in the quad, none of it’s an excuse. You warm up longer, you stay sharp, and you get the work done.
This session wasn’t perfect, but it was real. You adapt, adjust, and keep moving forward.
Leg day builds more than just muscle. It tests how bad you want it.
