Narcissistic abuse by text EXPOSED! Divorce, breaking up and even just going no contact causes some narcissists to abuse you through text messages and emails.

Many PTSD and CPTSD sufferers report being triggered by such messages - and the worst part is that some of these came from people who were still in the toxic relationships with people affected by NPD.

If you've ever been in a narcissistic abuse situation or a toxic relationship of any kind, you've probably received hateful or threatening text messages, Facebook PMs, instant messages and even emails that make you feel sick, upset, angry or even afraid of your narcissist - and this is true whether you're currently in the relationship with one or you've escaped your toxic hell.

Today's video is all about that - and as I mentioned, these texts and discussions are all collected from the SPAN group of narcisistic abuse survivors - they're the texts, IMs, PMs and emails that have tortured them for far too long. Today, we're exposing narcissists for who they truly are - in text.
