Here's a treatment for a rugby player suffering from chronic pain in the groin and hip flexor muscles.
On examination we found that a dysfunction in one of the pelvic joints in the lower back to be the most likely cause for these reoccuring muscular strains in sport.
As Osteopaths we believe the body is a unit and always look to the cause of an issue as opposed to only working where the symptoms are, in this case the groin and hip flexor.
